I graduated from Université Laval in 2014 and spent the past 12 years in private practice. My first years as a physiotherapist introduced me to patients with persistent pain and complex presentations, inspiring me to deepen my understanding of the body as an interconnected system and how movement strategies and adaptations influence function over time.

This curiosity led me to the Connect Therapy Approach™, developed by Dr. Linda-Joy Lee, which emphasizes the relationships between different regions of the body and identifies the key movement impairments that may be contributing to a person's symptoms.

After moving to Montréal in 2018, I co-founded Physio Psycho Petite-Patrie alongside two psychologists and a fellow physiotherapist. For five years, we built a collaborative practice founded on the belief that physical and psychological health are deeply connected. During this time, I treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions while developing particular expertise in persistent and recurrent pain, pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and performance optimization for athletes across a variety of sports, with a special interest in working with dancers.

Three years ago, I moved to Vancouver to further my training in the Connect Therapy Approach™ . During this time, I had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Linda-Joy Lee, caring for patients within her practice and assisting with Connect Therapy courses. This experience further refined my clinical reasoning and continues to shape the thoughtful, individualized care I provide today.

Stepping away from clinical practice during maternity leave gave me the opportunity to reflect on the kind of physiotherapist I want to be. It reinforced my values of listening deeply, seeing the person beyond the symptoms, and creating care that is collaborative, and empowering.

Opening my own practice is the realization of that vision. My mission is to provide a space where people feel heard, understood, and supported in reaching their movement goals through individualized, evidence-informed physiotherapy.
